Tadami Budogu

Tadami Budogu was born in 2022 in Italy, to Leonardo Brivio, a Kendo practitioner.

After years of staying in Japan and studying the discipline, realizing the difficulty of finding quality equipment in Italy, he decided to open a business to spread Kendo and Iaido material.

Import directly from Japan without intermediaries, thanks to knowledge of the language and industry experts in the Land of the Rising Sun.

The primary aim is to offer Italian practitioners a physical place where they can test the shinai first-hand, feel the fabrics and try the products relating to our disciplines.

This aspect is in fact often very frustrating for those who live outside Japan, and have no way of touching the equipment we use in practicing the disciplines.

Going against the tide of the age of online purchasing with our eyes closed, we want to offer a direct comparison with those who need any type of equipment, and as personalized as possible.
